Why am I not getting my voicemail messages or voicemail emails?
Messages missing from your voicemail box, or you can't hear them after dialing *98:
1. An answering machine may be picking up first, either a separate machine or one built into your phone. Disconnect or turn it off and use only Talkit voicemail.
2. Your voicemail to email Action may be set to Forward, which sends messages to email only. Log in at talkit.ca, click My Account, then click the blue View button under your phone number. Open the Voicemail tab, change Action to Copy and click Submit Voicemail to Email Request.
Voicemails not arriving by email:
1. Make sure voicemail to email is set up.
2. Check your junk mail or spam folder.
