I received my replacement (RMA) device. What do I do?
1. Log in at talkit.ca and click RMAs at the top of the page.
2. Find the device you're replacing and click Complete RMA.
3. Enter the MAC address of your new device (on the sticker on the bottom) and click Complete RMA.
4. Your account information transfers to the new device. Connect it and start using it. See installing your Talkit or the instructions in the box.
Then return your old device to:

You're responsible for shipping and any other costs of returning it. We must receive your old device within 2 weeks, or your account is automatically blocked until it arrives.
