How do I change my email address, password or home address?
Log in at talkit.ca and click Edit My Details at the top of the page.
Email address: Click Update Email next to your email address. Enter your old and new email addresses and tick the box to confirm. Then click the link we email you to finish the change.
Password: Erase your current password, type your new one, scroll down and click Update My Details. A green box saying "Customer information successfully updated" confirms the change.
Home address: Enter your new address, scroll down and click Update My Details. You must also update your E911 address. See updating your E911.
Keeping this information up to date is your responsibility.
