What if I miss my renewal? Can I get a cancelled number back?
We email renewal notices to your account email address. If you don't renew by your renewal date, your account is blocked for 7 days. You can still renew during that time and keep your number.
After that, your number is cancelled and can't be retrieved. You would need to renew your Talkit service with a new phone number.
To make sure you get our renewal reminders:
1. Keep the email address on your account up to date. See changing your email address.
2. Add Talkit.ca to your email safe list so our emails don't go to junk mail or spam.
